I bought the Moon Glow green sheet to use in woodturning applications, as a decorative lamination on wooded things I make like spin tops and yo-yos. It is a very attractive and attention getting material, but difficult to work with. It does not turn like acrylic. There is something in the Moon Glow formula that dulls HSS cutting tools very quickly. I managed to ruin a brand new Timberwolf bandsaw blade after about 15 seconds of cutting this material (sparks flying), and it made my HSS skew chisel cry on the lathe. Moon Glow sands easy enough (like acrylic), but cutting it is like dealing with a piece of hard metal or stone. Carbide or diamond coated cutting tools might do the job, but this stuff is a high speed steel killer.
